I had all my pots Caphalon A for 5 years and still in perfect condition. I bought the pan aside. I got my money just like any other pan I have owned. Transfers heat quickly and evenly anodized aluminum. The ergonomic handle is usually not heated in the oven, depending on how you use it. They sell many separate pieces to go with them, my favorites are Dutch oven chef in room 7, and the large plate built into a colander.
The nonstick surface is very rigorous and effective, and easy to clean. If you have a big mess, leaving a little hot water sit a few minutes and everything clean. Be careful when you use washers so that they know nothing, I use a nylon brush to clean the spray in the sink. Rounded corners so that foods are not high in them. If you are a little “food stuck or burn something, do not use detergents, only the powder bar manager friend can stain without scratching. It is machine washable and do not use metal utensils. Follow these steps and will last forever.
